Originally called the 501c Mentors Council, the Exempt Entrepreneurs Mentors Council, Inc. (501c-MC) is named (by the literal acronym, EMCI) in honor of a former client-turned-colleague, friend and sounding board I also mentored who insisted this was essential such that she also offered to run it.

Its our version of SBAs SCORE only 501c-MC™ genuine, speaks specifically to the unique challenges startups and young business has that just happens to also be a 501c [or pending] exemption.

Mentoring 1-on 1 is normal when you are solo but word getting out En-Mass and everyone wants to be first — not so much.

The LLC & Foundation had very few & specific memberships felt to be invaluable and by design.

So who better to help demonstrate that level of professional + collegial + experienced and impart the brain power that comes with it than than the orgs we belong to.

Or so we thought …..

Moving on, purpose in tack, we have elected to open 501c-MC™ memberships up to anyone with broad hands on experience on both sides of the leadership coin who will commit to our program.

Combos north of 25 -30 years are ideal. The most important criteria/motive however is genuinely wanting to help by helping us fill gaps that simply should not be there.

With the exception of Govt formed exempts established to manage/run its own programs and are still Federal or State entities, we don’t serve just 501c3’s but the entire portfolio of the IRSs 25+ exempt classifications is who we help. So there are plenty of opportunities to contribute and plenty of time such that there is no need to rush.

Mentors Councilships are a 2-yr commitment of supporting, you determine your activities and levels of involvement, how many you help individually or simultaneously. They include complementary memberships, hosting up to two (2) podcast, branding & a slew of other perks not publicly disclosable, with a minimum of 6 & no more than a 12-month gap between Mentees being supported.

501c-MC™s will be encouraged to be as hands-on is determined is required in order for their Mentee to succeed. Early registrants will be receive both a discount on their Memberships as well as an addition year included. As with all our Early-Bird offerings, discounts are permanent as along as the membership (or subscription) remains active (no break) in Membership.


In our world there two ways to establish B2B visibility in front of nearly 1m potential customers, but Similar to the Govt and its SAM Database, only one of them is an automatic way to do business directly with the 501c-Biz Incubator, our two charitable Foundations, collectively, a national network of roughly 50+ sibling charities/charitable programs each of them will lead, plus are Fiscal Sponsorship & Other Program Awardees. TASC Clients, Members from all our Empowerships, not to mention the Stakeholders from all the other charities, including our Fellowship Academy for Leadership & business Continuity.

3PM is The Biz Incubator Procurement System, but unlike the Govts, its open-access meaning everyone in it can see, and therefore have the opportunity to business with them. A Request for Application (RFA) to be included as a Pollination Partners Network (PPN) is required,

We have two directory listings available. BID Business Image Directory is image only where Logos are published directory-style on a side panel. BID offers 11 Prime websites products for one rate or Offerors can decide which websites to select for their Biz Logos‘ Placement.

Then there’s CunNECT — our “Global” Master Business Directory System that accepts BID image listings but publishes them to our entire network of websites, currently we have 11 Primary website products.

3PM is Similar to Lotus Notes & Novels NAL, the only means of deploying CunNECT system wide. Early-Bird Registration, is the mechanism we’re using to build our initial Pollination Partner Network. Thereafter, RFA’s are true applications by which Offerors will have to qualify and be approved, then sub-categorized

Since 3PM is where ALL other assets, including our Stakeholder User-Market & Charity Leaders and the Volunteer Administrators of those assets live — they all, including PPNs will have the same visibility access.

To become a PPN automatically and be in CunNECT means submitting your RFA as an EBR.

An added benefit of Early-Bird Registration means your company and your role as Vendor, Supplier, Merchant, OEM, is already approved to do business with us. So there is no vetting, no qualification criteria, no placement selections to make, or approval delays before your company logo is published.
